Name of Fund: ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 45

Scheme: It is a close-ended debt scheme, which will have 3 plans. The scheme will have following plans namely: ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 45 Twenty Months Plan (160 days), ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 45 Three Years Plan (1095 days) and ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 45 Five Years Plan (1825 days).

Objective: The investment objective of the Scheme and the Plans launched there under is to seek to generate regular returns by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities/ debt instruments normally maturing in line with the time profile of the Plans.

Plans: Presently there are three options available under the Scheme viz. Retail Option, Institutional Option and Institutional Option I with Cumulative and Dividend sub-options. Dividend payout is the only facility available under Dividend sub-option. Retail option shall be the default option; Cumulative sub-option shall be the default sub-option under Twenty Months Plans, Three Years Plans and Five Years Plan.

Asset Allocation: The fund will invest upto 100% in Money Market instruments, Short-term and medium term debt securities/debt instruments and securitised debt (Including securitised debt of upto 50% of the net assets and derivatives instruments to the extent of 50% of the net assets of the Scheme). The investments in central and state government securities will be in normal circumstances limited to 50% of the net assets of the Plan.

Application Amount: Minimum application amount under retail option is Rs 5,000 pre option and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. Under institutional option, the minimum application amount is Rs 1 crore and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. And under Institutional option I, the minimum application amount is Rs 10 crore and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

Minimum Subscription Amount: During the New Fund Offer period of the Plans under the Scheme, each Plan seeks to raise a minimum subscription of Rs.5 crore.
