Name of Fund: ING Fixed Maturity Fund Series 47-50

Scheme: It is a close-ended bond scheme.

Objective: A close-ended scheme investing in a portfolio of government securities or highly rated corporate bonds maturing close to the maturity of the scheme so as to generate returns comparable with alternative fixed-income instruments of similar maturity. The scheme will invest in debt securities with maturity coinciding closely with the maturity of the scheme, so as to minimise the impact of price fluctuation of such securities and the value at maturity. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.

Plans: The scheme will have retail plan and institutional plan with a common portfolio.

Investment option: The investors will have the choice of two options viz. Dividend Option and Growth Option

Dividend Option

ING Fixed Maturity Fund Series 47 and 48:

Under this option the dividend will be declared on a quarterly basis or at such frequencies as may be decided by Trustees, to Unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Unitholders on the record date. The AMC/Trustees shall decide on the record date for quarterly dividend option as they deem fit.

ING Fixed Maturity Fund - Series 49 and 50:

Under this option the trustees may declare dividends at such frequencies as may be decided by them, to unitholders whose names appear in the register of unitholders on the record date.

Growth Option

The income earned by the scheme will normally remain invested in the scheme and will be reflected in the NAV. This option is attractive to those investors aiming for capital appreciation.

Asset Allocation: The fund will invest 100% in debt securities and money market instruments including reverse repo. Debt securities may include securitised debt up to 100% of the net assets. Investments in derivatives instruments shall be to a maximum of 50% of the net assets of the scheme.
